I learnt a few things yesterday, while doing this photo shoot:
1. Shooting on an overcast, rainy, windy day is an absolute nightmare.
2. I am very out of practise with my camera.
3. Always clear your SD card before a shoot.
Yesterday, I asked two of my Uni friends to do a photo shoot with me. It's been a while and I knew my camera skills were a little rusty. I wanted the chance to do some photography and although it was fun (read as freezing cold) it also showed me how little I know about photography. I'd love to take a course and get a little more competent with my DSLR.

I was thinking of posting what my friends are wearing more often (maybe making it a monthly feature case it gives me the chance to do more photography) and also trying to get a few more of my outfit posts on my blog over the next couple of weeks.

I really love these outfits, and you've got some really nice shots here so I'd definitely like to see more of these! I particularly like the one on the path with the two trees in the background, great composition! xx
my favourite pieces are this super bright plaid dress and the beige ASOS bag. would love to see a close-up of this bag by the way ;)
when it comes to photography tips then I recommend to read the instruction of your camera and try the steps they have written down there. when you don't want to read it, use Google and its articles. trying things out is the only way to learn I think :)
